Nutrition for Pain Management is a 4-week group program for individuals with chronic pain conditions.

Our mission is to use dietary and lifestyle interventions to guide participants in using these strategies to support pain management. Your diet can reduce inflammation and help to support the nervous system. Optimizing your diet can change your pain!

Over the course of four weeks, you will learn about:

  • General nutrition concepts
  • The link between diet and pain conditions
  • How to decrease stimulation of the nervous system through diet
  • Foods that fight pain and foods that can exacerbate it
  • The link between proper digestion and pain
  • How to balance blood sugar levels
  • How to support sleep and energy levels
  • How to address potential food sensitivities involved in pain conditions
  • Nutrient deficiencies linked to pain conditions
  • Supplement recommendations

You are the right candidate for this program if you:

  • Experience persistent pain that has not improved with conventional treatments
  • You have skin conditions, food allergies, or digestive issues that are not responding well to conventional therapies
