These conditions include cardiovascular disease, diabetes, obesity, and cancer.

Hanna strictly utilizes evidence-based nutrition guidelines when working with her clients, while also integrating mindfulness and lifestyle practices. She attends nutrition conferences on an annual basis and researches daily in order to stay up to date on evidence-based nutrition.
Hanna’s mission is for people to realize how much control we have over disease prevention, especially cancer. She thrives in educating, motivating, and guiding clients on the path to healing by refining their dietary and lifestyle habits.
